Description
What is a superfood?
This is what we call food that, in addition to nutrients, minerals and vitamins, contains highly valuable biologically active compounds, antioxidants and fiber. Their combined effect has a positive effect on health.
In addition to being nutritious and keeping the body in great shape, superfoods also have prophylactic properties, meaning they help prevent diet-related (vascular and skeletal) diseases. Regular consumption of the food stimulates the functions of the immune system and its positive effect is manifested in the entire body.
