REMOTE CONTROL
Set the desired feeding times and food amounts conveniently from your smartphone. The “Tuya Smart” app allows you to control your pet’s feeding anytime, anywhere. The feeder automatically doses and dispenses dry food. From the app, you can set a suitable schedule with suitable food amounts or choose immediate feeding.
TIMED FEEDING
Save the required number of meals for each day of the week with the appropriate amount of food. You can determine the amount of food to be dispensed at each meal by selecting the appropriate number of portions (1-12 portions). The amount of one portion is approximately 10 g. The amount may vary depending on the properties of the pellet.
ANTI-CLOGGING TECHNOLOGY
A special technological solution prevents clogging, so that food pellets do not get stuck in the feeder. The feeder is suitable for dry food pellets with a size of 5-16 mm.
DOUBLE POWER
USB power cord and battery backup ensure your pet will be fed even in the event of a power outage. Requires 3 C-size batteries. Batteries and adapter not included.
NOTE: Make sure the device is connected to both an external power source and batteries to ensure proper operation. Batteries are only intended for emergency use during power outages.
Wi-Fi
The device is only compatible with 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi, not compatible with 5 Ghz Wi-Fi.
Works with Apple and Android smartphones (“Tuya Smart” app).
Notes
- If the power or network connection is interrupted, the device’s internal memory settings (feeding times, quantities) are retained and are not lost after the connection is restored.
- A notification is sent to your smartphone if the amount of dry food in the container is insufficient.
- The device operates on a pet-safe 5V voltage.
- The lower part of the feeder (main unit) should not be washed under water as it contains electronic components and circuits. To clean, the outside of the unit can be wiped with a damp cloth – after unplugging the power cord.
Screen
- Press the “+” sign twice to immediately dispense a portion of food.
- Press and hold the “+” sign for 7 seconds to connect the device to the network or restore factory settings.
